Big Noise Theatre Company continues to celebrate its 10th anniversary at Prairie Lakes Theater in Des Plaines with its hit production of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying , tonight through October 16, 2011.

Big Noise Theatre performs this nostalgic musical as its tribute to the 50th anniversary of the original Broadway production of How to Succeed.... Written by Abe Burrows and Frank Loesser, the show captured seven Tony awards, a New York Drama Critics Circle award, the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1961-1962, enjoyed a successful 1995 Tony award winning Broadway revival starring Matthew Broderick, and is now conquering Broadway again with its current revival starring Daniel Radcliffe ("Harry Potter").

"When we were lining up our 10th season, we wanted to step back in time and choose a show that we could celebrate along with our company's anniversary. Since How to Succeed was approaching it's 50th anniversary, and the 60's are so current on TV, especially with Mad Men, we thought it was the perfect choice," said Nancy Flaster, Big Noise's Artistic Director. "We are thrilled with the response the production has received so far and look forward to two more successful weekends."

One of the most delightfully irreverent musicals of all time, How to Succeed... follows the rise of J. Pierrepont Finch, who uses a little handbook to climb the corporate ladder from lowly window washer to high-powered executive. Big Noise's production is directed by Scott Sumerak, with choreography by Zachary Gray and musical direction by Robert Deason.

The 10th anniversary cast includes: Greg Foster (Chicago) as Finch, Kristine Burdi (Berwyn) as Rosemary, David Whitlock (Northbrook) as J. B. Biggley, Tommy Bullington (Chicago) as Bud Frump, Cassandra Cashman (Chicago) as Smitty, Cara Hall (Chicago) as Hedy LaRue, Sara Maria Pardo (Long Grove) as Miss Jones, Mark Anderson (Winnetka) as Mr. Twimble/Womper, Mark Komiskey (Vernon Hills) as Mr. Bratt, and Steve Malone (Chicago) as Mr. Gatch. The ensemble of junior executives and secretaries includes Jake Autizen (Chicago), Janna Barta (Chicago), Tom Coppola (Chicago), Kat Dennis (Chicago), Rachel Elise (Chicago), Julie Haller (Crystal Lake), Isaac Loomer (Chicago), Kelly Maryanski (Mt. Prospect), Aaron Rumack (Chicago), and Patrick Stengle (Chicago.)

Big Noise's production of How to Succeed continues to win over audience's hearts from October 8-16, 2011 at the Prairie Lakes Theatre, 515 E. Thacker, Des Plaines. Tickets are $24 for adults, $22 for seniors and $16 for kids, and can be ordered by calling 847-604-0275 or online at www.bignoise.org.
