Special events and discounts have been announced for Babes With Blades Theatre Company's upcoming world premiere production of Patchwork Drifter, by ensemble member Jennifer L. Mickelson, to be presented at City Lit Theatre, 1020 W. Bryn Mawr Ave., Chicago.

Tuesday, July 21st - Trivia Night at Towbar
Form a team of 4-8 people, and join the Babes for a night of trivia inspired by BWBTC's 18th season to take place at Towbar, 1500 W. Jarvis. Doors open at 7:00PM, trivia goes from 7:30-10:00PM, and there is a $5 per person buy-in to play.
Saturday & Sunday, September 5 & 6 - Come n' Get It: Chili and Cornbread!
Fancy a homecooked meal with a side of theatre? Stick around after the performances of September 5 & 6 for a heapin' helpin' of BWBTC hospitality: Delicious chili and cornbread provided by ensemble members and friends.
Sunday, September 13 - HamBINGO at Hamburger Mary's
BWBTC will be the beneficiary of HamBINGO, Hamburger Mary's weekly fundraising event. The game starts at 8PM; $15 for a 10-game booklet, and additional booklets are $10. Hamburger Mary's is located in Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood at 5400 N. Clark Street.
All closing weekend, 9/17-9/19 - Charity collection
Donations will be accepted for a local charity.

Patchwork Drifter is directed by BWBTC Artistic Director Leigh Barrett, and the cast features BWBTC ensemble members Elyse Dawson and Delia Ford, as well as guest artists Eliza Rose Fichter, Meredith Rae Lyons, and Zoe Shiman. JK Choreography (Bo Thomas and the Case of the Sky Pirates and Trash) will be returning to provide violence design.

The Patchwork Drifter design and production team includes BWBTC ensemble member Kimberly Morris (Costume Design), and guest artists Mason Absher (Sound Design), Kurt Brandt (Props Design) Lindsey Miller (Stage Manager), Nicci Schumacher (Scenic Design), and Laura Wiley (Lighting Design).
Patchwork Drifter is a 2013 graduate of BWBTC's Fighting Words script development program.
