Raue Center For The Arts is excited to bring together six phenomenal musicians and two veteran tribute bands for a double-bill tribute extravaganza! Supernatural and China Grove will bring the music and live performances of Santana and the Doobie Brothers to downtown Crystal Lake with "Blackwater Magic" at 8 p.m. on May 20, 2017.
Supernatural is a Santana tribute band that has stood the test of time in today's ever-changing musical landscape. The group has carved out an appreciative following and critical acclaim with its faithful renditions of radio hits like "Black Magic Woman" and "Oye Como Va" and wild jams like "Jingo" and "Soul Sacrifice." Supernatural has shared the bill with legendary artists including Aerosmith, Grand Funk and Greg Allman. With great musicianship, authentic recreations and high-energy performances, Supernatural creates an experience that leaves the band exhausted and its audiences entertained!
China Grove is a top-shelf Doobie Brothers tribute band whose repertoire spans the many styles and decades of the legendary group. From the kickin' rock of "China Grove" to the jazzy "Takin' it to the Streets" and the bluesy "Dark Eyed Cajun Woman" to the Grammy Award-winning pop of "What a Fool Believes," China Grove blazes through a sizzling set of memory-jarring hits with stunning accuracy and passion. Crowds will be stunned by the band's high-energy performance!
