ASC & Victory Gardens Host Shadow Puppet Workshop 1/28

Adventure Stage Chicago (ASC) and Victory Gardens Theater present the next installment in their Holiday Drama Kids Workshop Series, a succession of interactive workshops designed to keep kids engaged and occupied when school is not in session.

HOLIDAY DRAMA KIDS SHADOW PUPPET WORKSHOP
Fri., Jan. 28, 9am-3pm
at Victory Gardens' historic Biograph Theater, 2433 N. Lincoln Ave., Chicago
(Light snacks provided; kids bring their own lunch.)
Kids learn about various puppet styles, design a puppet of their own, and create collaborative stories that incorporate the puppets they have made. (Family members are welcome to return at 2:15 for a shadow puppet performance by the kids!)

Workshops are open to all kids ages 8 to 18. Entry is $30 per child, but take advantage of a limited time buy-one-get-one-half-off deal for this workshop only. Registration is required, and early registration is strongly encouraged.
