ALADDIN Stars to Perform at Broadway At W Chicago - City Center This Week

Cast members from the touring Broadway musical Aladdin will make their Broadway at W Chicago - City Center debut this coming Thursday, August 24th at 10:30 pm.

Produced by 42 Seven Productions in partnership with W Chicago - City Center, the raw and intimate concert series shines a light on Broadway's touring productions brightest talents accompanied by an acoustic guitar and cajon.

The evening will feature performances by Mary Antonini, Phillipe Arroyo, Zach Bencal, Korie Lee Blossey, Michael Callahan, Lissa deGuzman, Olivia Donalson, Clinton Greenspan, Kenway Hon Wai K. Kua, Celina Nightengale, KameRon Richardson, Jaz Sealey, Charles South, Manny Stark, Annie Wallace, and Michelle West. Ellis C. Dawson III ( Genie / Babkak Standby) will host the evening.

Broadway At W Chicago - City Center is a night produced by Broadway and TV veterans in an effort to shed a light on Broadway's hottest shows, and their talented casts! An authentic Broadway experience at the exclusive W Chicago-City Center .

Produced by Disney Theatrical Productions, the show features music by Tony Award® and eight-time Oscar winner Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast, Newsies, Sister Act), lyrics by two-time Oscar winner Howard Ashman (Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid), three-time Tony Award and three-time Oscar winner Tim Rice (Evita, Aida) and four-time Tony Award nominee Chad Beguelin (The Wedding Singer), with a book by Beguelin, and is directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Casey Nicholaw (The Book of Mormon).

Aladdin, adapted from the Disney film and centuries-old folktales including "One Thousand and One Nights," is brought to fresh theatrical life in this bold new musical. Aladdin's journey sweeps audiences into an exotic world of daring adventure, classic comedy and timeless romance.
