The Chuckleheads to Host Three COMEDY IMPROV MUSICAL VARIETY EXTRAVAGANZAS, May-July 2014

The Chuckleheads have announced three new Comedy Improv Musical Variety Extravanganzas for the months of May, June, and July. Full details for each show follow.

The Charlotte improvisational theatre group, the Chuckleheads, present their Mom is Awesome Comedy Improv Musical Variety Extravaganza at the Warehouse Performing Arts Center, 9216-A Westmoreland Road, Cornelius, NC on Saturday, May 17 beginning at 6:00pm (family friendly) and 8:00pm.

The Chuckleheads' show will include Mother's Day themed unscripted improvisational comedy games (ala Whose Line Is It Anyway?, Improv-a-ganza, and the Second City,) musical games/activities, game show elements, and the heavy-duty audience participation that are staples of the six-year-old Chuckleheads' improv comedy troupe's shows. And it's all made up on the spot.

The 8:00pm show could contain adult language and situations. The doors to the show at the Warehouse Performing Arts Center will open at 5p. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available before and during the Chuckleheads' show. Parking is free in the lots beside, across the street, and adjacent to The Warehouse Performing Arts Center.

Next, The Chuckleheads will present their Some Folks Have All the Luck Comedy Improv Musical Variety Extravaganza at The Tavern, 300 East Morehead Street, Charlotte, NC on Saturday, June 14 beginning at 8:00pm.

The Chuckleheads' show will include Father's Day themed unscripted improvisational comedy games (ala Whose Line Is It Anyway?, Improv-a-ganza, and the Second City,) musical games/activities, game show elements, and the heavy-duty audience participation that are staples of the six-year-old Chuckleheads' improv comedy troupe's shows. And it's all made up on the spot.

This show could contain adult language and situations. The admittance to the Chuckleheads' show At The Tavern (downstairs) will start at 7p. Food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available before, during and after the show. Parking is free in the lot behind The Tavern.

Last, The Chuckleheads will present their Ain't it Nifty Scott Pacitti is 50 Comedy Improv Musical Variety Extravaganza at Dilworth Neighborhood Grille, 911 East Morehead Street, Charlotte, NC on Saturday, July 12 beginning at 8:00pm.

The Chuckleheads' show will include summer themed unscripted improvisational comedy games (ala Whose Line Is It Anyway?, Improv-a-ganza, and the Second City,) musical games/activities, game show elements, and the heavy-duty audience participation that are staples of the six-year-old Chuckleheads' improv comedy troupe's shows. And it's all made up on the spot.

The 8:00pm show could contain adult language and situations. The doors to the show at the Dilworth Neighborhood Grille (downstairs dining area) will open at 7p. Food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available before, during and after the Chuckleheads' show. Parking is free in the lots beside, across the street, and adjacent to The Dilworth Neighborhood Grille.

Tickets to all shows are $10 when purchased at www.planetimprov.com. Tickets are $15 when purchased at the door on the evening of the show.

Also at all shows, "fabulous prizes" will be raffled off during the show as a fundraiser.

The Chuckleheads are the house improvisational troupe of the 501c3 non-profit corporation, Actor's Crib, Inc.
