The Actor's Lab of Charlotte, North Carolina has announced a variety of upcoming, new classes.
In addition to a new class on Monday nights in Greensboro and a new Tuesday night  class in Charlotte, J.D. Lewis, actor and director, is now offering an Advanced On-Camera Auditioning Workshop in Wilmington on January 16th and 17th.

The Actor's Lab was established in 1990 by J.D. Lewis, who has since worked with some of television and film's most recognizable names. In addition to being a well respected acting school, it is also an international award winning theater company.

Since it's inception, The Actor's Lab has earned a reputation for developing working actors through its approach of incorporating the business of acting with the study of the craft. Over the last two decades, The Actor's Lab has created many original projects ... "Back in The Daze", SEX, Infinity, The Director, Labapolooza, and AmerWrecka, all of which moved to larger venues and have had long running success.

Classes taught at The Actor's Lab include Scene Study, Cold Reading, Improvisation, Teen Performance Classes, and Commercial study. Each student invited into The Actor's Lab program not only attends regular classes, but also is put on a business plan. This includes identifying castability, targeting agents, targeting casting directors, networking and creating original projects.
