Matthews Playhouse Offers Auditions for Boys for LES MISERABLES- School Edition, 1/18

The Matthews Playhouse of the Performing Arts in Matthews North Carolina will be holding auditions for GUYS ONLY for LES MISERABLES- School Edition.

LES MISERABLES, Victor Hugo's epic story, recounts the struggle against adversity in 19th century France.

Auditions will be held on Monday, January 18, 2010 at 6:30 pm in the Matthews Community Center, located in downtown Matthews.

This show is being performed by the Senior Musical Theatre company, which has enough girls to fill out the cast. The theater is looking for males ages 12-18. A short prepared song is suggested but not required.  During auditions, songs from the score will also be sung.

LES MISERABLES- School Edition will be directed and choreographed by Matthews Playhouse Artistic Associate Robbie Jaeger, and musically directed by Ryan Stamey.

LES MISERABLES- School Edition will run with various performance dates and times from April 24 through May 2, 2010. No Appointments are necessary, just arrive at 6:30.
