Direct from Las Vegas, Sharon Owens stars as Barbra Streisand and Sebastian Anzaldo portrays Frank Sinatra, singing the most memorable music and songs ever written in Barbra and Frank: The Christmas Concert That Never Was. If you are a Streisand or Sinatra fan, this show is a holiday must!
Songs include such standards from the Streisand/Sinatra catalog as Luck Be A Lady, Don't Rain on My Parade, I've Got the World on a String and People; as well as such holiday classics as It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year, Santa Baby, Let It Snow and Baby It's Cold Outside.
Sharon Owens recently has turned to television where she was crowned the winner of the hit TV show on Fox called "Performing As..." Her national success has created a whirlwind of Barbra fans waiting to see Sharon's famous tribute. Since her TV success, she has been seen on Access Hollywood, Extra, Entertainment Tonight and even paid a visit to the Family Feud. She has been performing her "Tribute to Barbra Streisand" to critical acclaim nationwide in major showrooms, for corporate events and as a Headliner in Las Vegas. She graced one of the finest stages in Europe, in Berlin, Germany, "Stars in Concert". She also appeared in "Legends in Concert" at the Bally's Hotel and Casino, Atlantic City. One of the most memorable travels was Sharon's trip to Israel where she sang for a private political event. Currently, Sharon has her own show at the Westin Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas called "Barbra and Frank, The Concert That Never Was..." Sharon and Sebastian have traveled Casinos and Performing Arts Theaters around the world including a debut in Hong Kong. One of the highlights of the "Barbra and Frank" show was a performance in the Rainbow Room, New York City.
Sebastian Anzaldo is fast becoming one of the top "Sinatra" interpreters in the country. In just a few short years, he has honed his act to perfecting the essence of the musical icon. With the voice, looks and mannerisms of 'Ol Blue Eyes, Sebastian has wowed audiences from coast to coast. Originally hailing from Omaha, Sebastian grew up in a musical family (his father a sax player and later a talent agent, his mother a singer). He started playing drums and singing at age 11, and began his professional career working with bands in bars and frat parties soon after that. Sebastian's passion for jazz led him to New York, compliments of The National Endowment For The Arts. The next year, he headed to the opposite coast to make his fame and fortune. It was around this time that he discovered his 'knack for doing Frank', and began incorporating it into the shows with his band "Wild Life" to great enthusiasm. "Wild Life" became one of the most popular acts on the Vegas circuit, a stint that lasted eight successful years. As word got out that there was a new 'Chairman' in town, he got a call to star in 'The Tribute To The Rat Pack' currently running at The Greek Isle. This in turn led to his current show - headlining with Sharon Owens as Barbra Streisand in the wonderful "Barbra & Frank, The Concert That Never Was..." at the Westin Causarina Hotel and Casino."
