Children's Theatre Of Charlotte Hosts Auditions For THE ICE CREAM MAN 8/31

Children's Theatre of Charlotte will hold open call auditions for The Ice Cream Man on Monday, August 31, from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Adult actors are needed for this alcohol/substance abuse play that will tour local middle schools. Roles are available for 6 adults (3 male & 3 female). Actors will also be hired to conduct 8th grade follow-up workshops at the conclusion of the tour. Special consideration will be given to those with teaching or facilitating experience. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script, and actors should bring a headshot and resume.

Actors are compensated at $455 per week. The Ice Cream Man will be directed by Mark Sutton.

African-American, Caucasian, Latino, and Asian actors encouraged to audition. Auditions will be held at ImaginOn, 300 East 7th Street. Please call 704-973-2800 for more information.
