CPCC Theatre will perform the Tony Award-winning musical "Cabaret" on CPCC's Halton Theater stage with an opening on February 17.
About Cabaret: "Set in 1920s Berlin, "Cabaret" follows the story of Cliff Bradshaw (Adam Morse), an aspiring writer searching for inspiration, and Sally Bowles (Kayla Piscatelli), a singer he meets at the Kit Kat Klub, a seedy cabaret. As the plot unfolds, Sally encounters a series of unfortunate events that forces her to move in with Cliff at Fräulein Schneider's (Pat Heiss) boardinghouse. As the couple grows to know one another, they fall in love. Meanwhile the Nazis' presence in Germany grows stronger, creating a feeling of unrest throughout Berlin and Europe."
