Grease is the word, and CPCC Summer Theatre is proud to bring the word to life this summer on the Halton Theater stage when it performs the revival version of "Grease," June 15 - 23.
Sandy Dumbrowski, the new girl in town, and Danny Zuko, the school's coolest greaser, have a secret summertime romance - but when they get back to school, everything changes. Audiences will enjoy watching Sandy attempt to navigate the tricky Rydell High School social waters, and Danny try to maintain his tough-guy reputation.
In the end, the Pink Ladies help Sandy figure out how to win back the leader of the T-Birds in a musical where characters sing and dance their way through nostalgic scenes such as the pajama party, the prom and the drive-in movie.
Grab your bobby socks and 45s! Don't miss this opportunity to hear four of the songs written exclusively for the film - "Grease (is the Word)," "Sandy," "Hopelessly Devoted to You" and "You're the One That I Want" - performed live on the Halton Theater stage! Reserve your seat today!
