• Valid for 2 people.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• Approximate duration: 1 hour.
• This is a private meet and greet.
• Length of meet and greet: a few minutes.
• The winner may take a photo.
• The winner can take something small to be signed.
• Event does not include a meal.
• Television Academy Foundation (the "Foundation") will conduct a background check on winner and guest; winner and guest will be required to sign a written consent to a background check and additional legal documentation such as a publicity and liability release (unless otherwise prohibited by law).
• If winner and/or guest refuse to sign any required documentation, or if the Foundation determines awarding the tickets for experience could result in a safety or security risk, or if winner and/or guest otherwise fail to meet any additional requirements stated, the Foundation may disqualify the winner from receiving the tickets and winner will forfeit any right to the experience with no right to further compensation or consideration.
• Those attending must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience is NONTRANSFERABLE and cannot be substituted (except at sole discretion of Foundation), sold, assigned or redeemed for cash.

• Other than as laid out above, no travel, accommodation, and meal are included in this package.
• Winning bidder is solely responsible for his/her travel, accommodation or meals outside of the catered event, and for that of their guest.
