The first and most famous story of The Chronicles of Narnia comes to life at Open Stage.
Based on the classic by C.S. Lewis, NARNIA, is a musical presentation of this unique, enchanted world filled with creatures and spirits, intelligent talking animals, and the battle between good and evil.
Narnia is ruled by a great lion, the majestic King Aslan, but, in his absence, the evil White Witch has seized power and imposed a perpetual winter, one which never leads to Christmas. Four English schoolchildren are plucked from our world in unexpected ways to become caught up in an epic battle between good and evil, in which they are key players. They learn lessons of courage, unselfishness, self-sacrifice, friendship, and wisdom from their Narnia odyssey.
This is a musical for all ages; a modern day classical fantasy that leads us through darkness and reinforces the power of love. It will recharge your faith in the goodness of the human spirit and the enduring power of the family.
