York Little Theatre will present today, Disney's 101 DALMATIANS KIDS February 21, 22, 23 & 28, March 1 & 2. Performances are held at 7pm except for Sundays at 3pm. Save $2 off regular admission price if you purchase tickets prior to opening night.

Directed by Sara Smith with set design by Rene Staub, 101 DALMATIANS KIDS will entertain people of all ages as the classic Disney animated film comes to life on the YLT stage! The show is performed by students 17 and younger and will utilize real Dalmatians in the production as well. Dalmatian puppets are being made to extend the count to 101. "Adoption" certificates will be sold in the lobby so audience members have the opportunity to take one of the puppy props home with them (while supplies last) after the run of the show. There will be face painting, meet and greet with a real Dalmatian and other activities to enjoy.

With a delightfully fun score, lovable characters, and one of the most deliciously evil villains in the Disney canon, this stage adaptation is certain to charm and delight all audiences! The cast of 50 includes Marie Fisher from Lancaster as Cruella de Vil, Drake Bowser as Roger, Erin Perry as Anita, Noah Schmitt as Horace, Asher Vendramin as Jasper, Darrin Richard as Pongo, Molly Young as Perdita, and Kathrin Scheidhamnmer, a German Exchange student attending Eastern High School, as Nanny.

The music and script comes from the 1961animated film based on the novel The Hundred and One Dalmatians by Dodie Smith. Audience members of all ages will enjoy classic songs such as "Cruella de Vil" and "Dalmatian "Plantation". 101 DALMATIANS KIDS takes place In a loving home in the city of London where human owners Robert and Anita live happily with Dalmatian parents Pongo and Perdita as they raise their Dalmatian puppies. Everything is quiet until the monstrous Cruella De Vil, Anita's former classmate, plots to steal the puppies for her new fur coat! Join all the dogs of London as they daringly rescue the puppies from Cruella and her bumbling henchmen.

Disney's 101 DALMATIANS KIDS runs February 21, 22, 23 & 28, March 1 & 2. The curtain goes up at 7pm. Sunday matinee's curtain is at 3pm.
