"The Galapagos Affair: Satan came to Eden", "The Double", and "Killer Tomatoes Strike Back!" will be the final three films for the Ware Center June series.

The fascinating documentary "The Galapagos Affair: Satan came to Eden" will be screened on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 7:30 PM and Sunday, June 22, 2014 at 3:00 PM. "The Galapagos Affair" is about a series of unsolved disappearances on the Galapagos Island of Floreana in the 1930s, described as Darwin meets Hitchcock in this true-crime tale of paradise found and lost. This film is not rated, runs 120 minutes, and was an official selection in the Telluride and Berlin Film Festivals.

"The Double" will be shown at 5 PM and 7:30 PM on Monday, June 23 and Thursday, June 25 and Friday, June 27, 2014 only at 7:30 PM. "The Double" is about a clerk in a government agency finding his boring life takes a turn for the horrific with the arrival of a new co-worker-- who is both his exact physical double and his personality opposite - confident, charismatic and seductive with women. This film is rated R, runs 93 minutes and was an official selection of Sundance & Toronto Film Festivals. "Double" is a comedic look at the themes of another film recently screened, "Enemy".

The horror-comedy classic "Killer Tomatoes Strike Back!" will be screening Sunday, June 29, 2014 only at 7 PM followed by a Q and A with film's star Crystal Carson - live and in person, which in turn is followed by a virgin bloody mary reception where audience members can meet Carson.

Crystal Carson - who also happens to be the sister of Laura Kendall, who is now the Ware Center's Director -- had recurring roles on "Who's That Girl," CBS's award winning show, "Jag," appeared for 8 weeks on the mega-hit "Dallas" and had guest starring roles on "Ellen," "Cheers," "Charles In Charge," "Midnight Caller," "Thirtysomething," "Simon & Simon" and "Night Court" to name a few. Carson is best known for playing Julia Barrett for five years on "General Hospital", when she was voted "Best New Female" by Soap Opera Digest and put on their cover as one of "Television's Most Beautiful Women." She now works as an acting coach in Hollywood and has plenty of back lot stories to tell.

The film's story line - what that there is - is Police assistant Boyle along with tomatologist Kennedi Johnson (Carson) look into investigations about Killer Tomato attacks, and discover Gangrene (played by "Adams Family" John Astin) plans to brainwash people via TV talk shows to take over the world. This film is not rated and is 87 minutes long.
