FREE Concert | Saint Elouise:
Saint Elouise will be performing on the Fine Living Lancaster First Friday Music Stage. Elegant, sultry, and edgy, Saint Elouise consists of lead singer, keyboardist, and guitarist Christina Berg, bassist Derek Stoner, and drummer Scott MacFeat. Their style is a unique blend of pop, jazz, and soul along with classical inspiration and latin grooves. Artists that have been compared to Saint Elouise are Norah Jones, Dido, and Diana Krall.
Saint Elouise formed several years ago when Christina Berg decided her few songs needed extra support. After hearing bass and drums added to her piano, she knew that writing and performing music was what she needed to do. Although most often seen playing her original tunes at gigs, Saint Elouise has a vast cover repertoire of oldies including Frank Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald and more. The name Saint Elouise came from a combination of Christina's middle name, Louise, and the patron saint of outcasts and orphans, Saint Eloise.
