Hershey Community Chorus Announce Christmas Concerts

The Hershey Community Chorus will be performing its Christmas Concert, "Harps of Gold", in two churches this year. On Friday, December 14, 2018, at 7:30 pm, The Hershey Community Chorus will perform in the Sanctuary of First United Methodist Church, 64 W. Chocolate Avenue, Hershey. On the following Sunday, December 16, 2016, at 3:00 pm, the Chorus will give a second concert in the Sanctuary of Trinity United Methodist Church, 210 W. Main Street, Hummelstown.

Two new arrangements will be presented this year. Virg Hostetler of Hummelstown, is writing a piece for choir and bassoon, a medley of Christmas carols and songs. James Hoffmann, Musical Director of the Chorus, is writing an arrangement of "In the Bulb There is a Flower" for choir and harp.

Admission to these performances is $18.00 for adults, $15.00 for seniors and groups and $9.00 for children 6 to 12 Years of age. Children under 6 are admitted free. Tickets can be purchased from any Chorus member, by emailing request to info@HersheyCommunityChorus.org or calling (717) 508-4400.
