The Hershey Bears are proud to announce Capital BlueCross as the title sponsor of the 2018 Outdoor Classic, set to take place Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Hersheypark Stadium. The club has also unveiled the logo for the special event, which will now be known as the 2018 Capital BlueCross Outdoor Classic, and will serve as the can't-miss engagement of the club's 80th Anniversary Season in 2017-18.

The 2018 Capital BlueCross Outdoor Classic logo was designed by Joe Bosack & Co. of Pottsville, PA. Bosack also designed Hershey's current set of logos, the 2013 Capital BlueCross Outdoor Classic logo, and Hershey's 80th Anniversary Season mark. The design features historic Hersheypark Stadium, as well as accents of light blue to represent not only the game's title sponsor, but also the frigid temperatures endured when taking the game of hockey back to its roots.
Tickets for the 2018 Capital BlueCross Outdoor Classic go on sale to the general public on Friday, August 18, 2017 with a special presale for Season Ticket Holders starting in early August. Ticket package information will be distributed to Season Ticket Holders via mail and is expected to arrive shortly. Specific dates of the presale will be included in the mailed information.
