Be Our Guest This Summer At Millbrook Playhouse's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST! ImageFind "adventure in the great, wide somewhere", or more specifically, Mill Hall, PA (June 2018). The Board of Directors and Artistic Director, David Leidholdt, are proud to present the first main stage production of the 55th anniversary season, Disney's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman & Tim Rice, and book by Linda Woolverton, playing from June 15th to 30th.

"This tale as old as time is one of the most enchanting and magical fairy tales in the Disney canon. We are honored to bring the magic, whimsy, and beauty of Belle and the Beast's world, to the Millbrook community. When the two first encounter each other in the enchanted castle, Belle asks the Beast to come into the light, and from that moment we are whisked away on a magical story of unexpected friendship blossoming into unconditional love. The show tells a gorgeous story of how can overcome darkness and fear, and for me serves as a shining reminder of what good can come from embracing each other with all of our hearts. I am honored to bring this original concept of this enchanting story to the place I call home, Millbrook Playhouse" - says the production's director Shannon Agnew

The Academy Award-winning film comes to life in this romantic and beloved take on the classic fairytale. Step into the enchanted world of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed into his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity. Rated G - Recommended for the entire family!

Enjoy this "tale as old as time" with a wonderful cast including Carly Grayson as Belle, Adler Roberts as The Beast, Sam Snyder as Gaston, Kathleen Cameron as Lefou, Thomas-Robert Irvin as Maurice (Barefoot in the Park, Waited Til Dark), Dara Orland as Babette, Felipe Joglar as Lumiere, Corey Barrow as Cogsworth, Audrey Rose Young as Mrs. Potts, Elaina Packer and Tommy Anderson as Chip, Paige Waldron as Madame de la Grande Bouche (Fancy Nancy), also featuring; Dalon Bradley, Jake Friedman, Danny Martin, Tayler Harris, Al

?e?xis Yard, Madi Meeker, Kelly Long, Elizabeth Shaffer, Abigayle Greevy, Hayden White, and Cale Blakely.
