Billy Van Zandt and Jane Milmore, whose hilarious international hit comedy "You've Got Hate Mail" enjoyed a four-and-a-half-year run at the NYC's Triad Theater, will bring their new musical-comedy "The Man*O*Pause Boys" to the Upper West Side venue for one night only, on Monday, April 10.

"The Man*O*Pause Boys" takes a comical look at a quartet of men adjusting to male man*o*pause. Through such songs as "My Prostate is the Size of a Buick," "I Just Took a Pill Called Viagra," "My God I Am My Father," "My Get Up and Go Just Got Up and Went," and "In Praise of the Older Woman," the production reaches the conclusion that 50 is the new funny!

The show stars Billy Van Zandt, Glenn Jones, Tom Frascatore and Jeff Babey. Music is by Wayland Pickard. Book and Lyrics are by Van Zandt & Jane Milmore.

Van Zandt & Milmore, authors of twenty-five plays published worldwide with Samuel French, are best known for their Off-Broadway comedies "You've Got Hate Mail," the story of a divorce told through emails; "Silent Laughter" where they performed a silent movie live on stage; the cult murder-mystery "Drop Dead!;" and the summer stock perennial "Love, Sex, and the IRS." The NY Times has called them "A riot" and, of Van Zandt, NJ's Asbury Park Press said, "If you've never seen this clown at work, you should be ashamed of yourself." Their work in television has garnered them Emmy nominations, People Choice Awards, Prism Awards, and NAACP Image Awards. This is the fifth musical from Wayland Pickard, an award-winning composer and headline entertainer. A national recording artist and published playwright, Wayland is also an Ace Award nominee, Cine Golden Eagle Award winner and a Billboard Song Finalist.

Jones, Frascatore, and Babey are members of the Unofficial Van Zandt-Milmore Rep company, a group of actors and comedians that have performed the NJ-based Van Zandt-Milmore comedies for over thirty years. Beth Moore is the musical director. Choreography is by Michele Mossay. The evening is produced by Gary Shaffer and Noel Kubel.

"The Man*O*Pause Boys" plays one night only, at 7pm, April 10. The Triad, also home to Spamilton and Celebrity Autobiography, is located at 158 West 72nd Street between Broadway and Columbus Ave. Tickets are available by calling 212-279-4200 or available on the Triad website http://www.triadnyc.com/buy-tickets.
