Tony nominee Martha Plimpton and Christy Carlson Romano will join Tony and Emmy winner Elaine Stritch at the Sept. 24 reading of 'White's Lies' taking place at the Snapple Theatre Centre in NYC.

Plimpton is a three time Tony Award nominee for her work in 'Pal Joey', 'Coast of Utopia' and 'Top Girls'. Romano's voice has been featured in various animated movie and TV shows, and she has appeared on Broadway in 'Beauty and the Beast' and most recently, on 'Avenue Q'.

Ben Andron wrote the comedy which features Tom Cavanagh ('Some Americans Abroad', 'Urinetown', 'Ed') as Joe White. Jimmy Bennett ('Illyria'), Jason Kravits ('The Drowsy Chaperone') and Rena Strober ('Fiddler on the Roof') are also part of the ensemble. Stritch plays Cavanagh's mother.

Bob Cline directs the private 3 PM reading. The show is produced by Aaron Grant and Kelvin Productions.
