In this clever original story, two of literature's most famous young ladies meet for the first time when Judson, a young student, puts off a book report till the last minute, then suddenly finds himself in a strange place somewhere between Oz and Wonderland! He becomes responsible for unscrambling the stories and steering the familiar characters (the Cowardly Lion, the Mad Hatter, the Scarecrow and the White Rabbit, among others) to their ultimate destinations...all while avoiding the Wicked Witch and the Red Queen! This hilarious, exciting adventure is filled with clever word-play, laughter and surprises at every turn and a couple of lessons emerge along the way.
The cast of "Dorothy Meets Alice" is comprised of the nine-member CRT Performing Intern Company. Starring as Judson is Ithaca College student Christian Henry with Syracuse University student Stephanie Garofalo as Dorothy and Ball State student Amanda Walker as Alice. Representing "Wonderland" are Syracuse University student Victoria Madden as the White Rabbit, Ithaca College student Jahmar R. Ortiz as The Mad Hatter and Boston University student Camden Garcia as the Dormouse.
