New Rochelle Opera Announces 2019 Season

New Rochelle Opera, celebrating its 34th anniversary, unveils its full season of high quality and affordable concerts and performances for 2019.

· Operatic Love Fest - Sunday, March 24, The Castle at College of New Rochelle This concert of romantic pieces popular operas, operettas and Broadway shows will be accompanied by a dessert reception. $40

· Giuseppe Verdi's La Traviata - June 20-23, Ursuline Performing Arts Center
Fully staged with orchestra and supertitles, the production will be directed by NRO Artistic Director/Co-Founder Camille Coppola, with orchestra and chorus conducted by Brian Holman.
$40 general admission, $37 for seniors, $15 for students.

· It's De-Lovely! - Sunday, September 15, Christopher Murphy Auditorium, Iona College
A tribute concert to Cole Porter in celebration of the 85th anniversary of Anything Goes! $28 general admission, $25 seniors, $15 non-Iona students, and free for Iona students & staff.

· 3 Tenors & a Bass - Sunday, November 3, Christopher Murphy Auditorium, Iona College
A concert celebrating the highs and lows of great male voices in opera.
$28 general admission, $25 seniors, $15 non-Iona students, and free for Iona students & staff.

New Rochelle Opera Company was formed for the purpose of presenting imaginative and appealing operatic productions to the Westchester community. It serves to create a deeper understanding and appreciation of live opera, and make it accessible and affordable to a diverse audience.
