Hamptons International Film Festival Announces April Screenings

Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts are pleased to announce that the Hamptons International Film Festival (HIFF) will continue their 25 Years: 25 Films series with a screening of Judy Berlin on Sunday, April 9 at 6:00pm, featuring a special appearance by lead actress Edie Falco. Ticket prices are $10 and are available online at www.baystreet.org and hamptonsfilmfest.org, or by calling the Bay Street Theater Box Office at 631-725-9500, open Tuesday through Saturday 11:00am to 5:00pm.

Edie Falco is a renowned television, film, and stage actress best known for her work in HBO series The Sopranos and Oz, as well as Showtime's Nurse Jackie. She will be speaking about Judy Berlin after the screening. To attend her talkback, guests must have a ticket to the HIFF screening.

HIFF will also be presenting three other upcoming screenings at Bay Street Theater as part of their 25 Years: 25 Films screening series, in celebration of the upcoming 25th Annual Hamptons International Film Festival (0ctober 5-9, 2017):

Heavenly Creatures March 26 at 6pm

Director: Peter Jackson

Starring: Kate Winslet and Melanie Lynskey

Heavenly Creatures recounts the bizarre, true-life tale of Juliet Hulme (Kate Winslet) and Pauline Rieper

(Melanie Lynskey); two teens who were convicted of brutally murdering Rieper's mother in a scandalous

1954 court case.

Kinsey April 20 at 6pm

Director: Bill Condon

Cast: Liam Neeson, Laura Linney, Chris O'Donnell, Peter Sarsgaard, Timothy Hutton, John Lithgow, Tim

Curry, Oliver Platt, Dylan Baker

Liam Neeson stars as Alfred Kinsey, who in 1948 irrevocably changed American culture and created a

media sensation with his book "Sexual Behavior in the Human Male."

No Man's Land April 27 at 6pm

Director: Danis Tanovic

Cast: Branko Djuric, Rene Bitorajac, Filip Sovagovic

No Man's Land is a tragicomic feature about the war in Bosnia that fulfills the promise of the beautiful,

more sober short videos he made during the actual fighting.
