FAITH REALIZED A George Michael Tribute Show Comes to The Producers Club

A born entertainer with an heartening voice.

Massimiliano Cims was born in Naples, Italy. At the age of 10, he developed a passion for music and soon-thereafter studied classical piano and guitar. As a young boy he had always been influenced by the soulful sounds of Sade, Luther Vandross and Stevie Wonder. More importantly, global superstar George Michael had shaped his eagerness and passion for music and performance.

In 2012, Cims had been handpicked out of one thousand contestants to perform his rendition of the legendary Enrico Caruso's "O'Sole Mio" to the outstanding applause and standing ovation at the prestigious "Teatro Bellini" in Naples.

In 2015, at the advice of Fortunato Zampaglione, famed Italian music producer at the Universal Records, Cims sets his goals and sights out for Hollywood's progressive music landscape.

With his catchy, charming and charismatic Italian sound, Cims was asked to perform his warm-hearted version of singing sensation George Michael's "Faith" at the historical Gibson showroom in Los Angeles.

In 2017 Cims made the decision to move to New York to further his career, On September 16 (his birthday), his love for music brought him to the Sugar Bar, in New York, owned by the legendary songwriter duo Ashford and Simpson. Upon the opening of his performance, singing the timeless hit "Careless Whisper", the crowd, charmed and amazed by his style and by his performance, asked him to come back and perform again; which led him to the conceptualization of musical theater- tribute to megastar George Michael.

In his show, Faith realized a George Michael Tribute, Massimiliano pays homage to one of the greatest performers and songwriters who had hurdled barriers, becoming the icon of an era and the inspiration for many performers who followed in his footsteps. The show is set to thrill Broadway with the inspiring true story of one man's remarkable journey from songwriter multi grammy award winner. From the string of pop classics he wrote to his own life-changing, chart-busting success, George Michael in Faith takes you back through a journey where it all began - and takes you on the emotional ride of a lifetime.
