The second annual Catskill Chill Music, Camping and Arts Festival returns to scenic Camp Minglewood in Hancock, NY. By popular demand this year's festival is extended to three days following the success of last year's two day event and takes place Friday, September 9 through Sunday, September 11. Camp Minglewood rests on a picturesque, lakeside and tree-lined 200 acres in the western Catskills and is just 140 miles from New York City.
Thirty-five musical acts, spanning multiple genres from jam band to funk to roots to DJ's are scheduled to perform on three stages and include Grateful Dead drummer Bill Kreutzmann and 7 Walkers, Umphrey's McGee, Conspirator, Ivan Neville's Dumpstaphunk, Particle, JGB with Melvin Seals, BoomBox, John Brown's Body, Big Sam's Funky Nation, Pimps of Joytime, Zach Deputy, Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad, The Heavy Pets, Headtronics, DJ Logic and many more. Catskill Chill is an all-ages event that features an intimate setting which affords guests the opportunity to see their favorite artists perform up close. Festival attendees will also be treated to the "Club Chill" DJ stage, morning yoga classes, fire show by SOFP, food vendors, clothing and craft vendors, bonfire drum circle, open mic stage, free parking and free camping with paid admission. Featured musical performances will begin Friday afternoon at 2:30PM and conclude early Monday morning by 3AM. Guests are permitted to camp through Monday at noon.Videos
