PLACE DES ARTS SUMMER FUN ART CAMP - CAMP INFORMATION

Summer Fun! art camps for children and youth ages 5 to 14 offer everything you need: flexibility, choice, innovation, excellent instruction, after hours care and, of course, lots of summer fun! Each day begins at 9:00am and ends at 3:35pm. After hours care is available until 5:00 PM for a nominal fee.

Founded in 1972, Place des Arts is a not-for-profit arts education centre with a mission to inspire the artist in everyone. Located in the historic Maillardville neighbourhood of Coquitlam, we offer quality instruction for all ages and skill levels in the visual, literary and performing arts.

All classes and lessons are taught by highly skilled working professionals who take pride in ensuring all students receive personalized attention. Class sizes are based on the needs of the content, while maintaining a low teacher-to-student ratio.

Our Artisan Shop and galleries support local emerging artists, and our events and performances make us a cultural hub, drawing together diverse members of the community to experience the arts.
