THE ZIPPER FACTORY THEATER (336 West 37th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues) is proud to present singer/songwriter Lauren Cregor, known to New York theater audiences as the composer for the award winning ensemble Waterwell, in concert on Thursday, October 16 at 8:00 p.m.
As a composer, Cregor has worked with award-winning SettonSun Productions, SYREN Modern Dance, and has collaborated with Waterwell on Fuenteovejuna, Stuck, Sweetness & Light, The Persians...a comedy about war with five songs (NY IT Nomination), Marco Millions (based on lies) and The/King/Operetta. As a musician, she performs regularly with her band at such venues as Joe's Pub, Knitting Factory and The Zipper. Her music was showcased Midwest Music Summit – the Midwest's response to SXSW. Her critically acclaimed album No Time For Shy (Ten Good Records) is currently available through iTunes.
