Shelley Farmer is a performer, writer, and publicist at New York's Film Forum. She has appeared at JACK with Dave Malloy, in GAYROPA and GUN CITY at Dixon Place, and TRIPTYCH at Here Arts Center. She is a former weekend editor for Paper Magazine and a contributor to Indiewire, Reverse Shot, Film.com, FilmLinc Daily, and ScreenPrism.
Alex Hare (Director) is a director/theatremaker whose credits include Gayropa (Dixon Place HOT! Festival), HamletGhosts (HERE Arts Center), Swipe Right/Swipe Left (Feinstein's/54 Below), Lydia & Tom (FringeNYC), The Generator (Cherry Lane Theatre, reading), The Light in the Piazza, and The 118th Annual Varsity Show (Columbia University). A member of the theatre collective The Brewing Department, Alex has been associated with the Broadway productions of School of Rock and Side Show.
Daniel Lazour (Co-Musical Director) is a musical theatre writer in New York. He has written five original musicals with his brother Patrick. His most recent, We Live in Cairo-centering on the youth revolutionaries in the 2011 Egyptian revolution-was developed at the Eugene O'Neill National Music Theatre Conference and is the recipient of the Richard Rodgers Award. Daniel graduated with a B.A. in music from Columbia University and is a current Dramatists Guild Fellow.
Michael Gildin (Co-Musical Director) is a music director, pianist, and composer. A graduate of Columbia University, he has recently worked as a researcher and music assistant for several productions in New York City Center's Encores! Series, contributing to the authentic reconstruction of musicals such as Cabin in the Sky and the Gershwins' Lady, Be Good!. Michael regularly works with Broadway music director Rob Fisher as an assistant.
