"A CIRCLE OF SONGS,", hosted by Richard Barone with Duncank Sheik, Allison Moorer and Holly Near, is coming to SubCulture on November 19, 2014 at 8 p.m. (doors open at 7 p.m.). Tickets: $25 in advance; $30 day of performance. For more information, click here.

A Circle of Songs is a live artistic talk show series curated and hosted by acclaimed triple threat performer/producer/author Richard Barone. Each show is wholly unique in the guests, performances, and topics of conversation, making for a truly amazing New York City cultural experience.

Join Richard as he welcomes friends, colleagues, idols, and some of the brightest stars in showbiz to the intimate setting on SubCulture's stage.

Sheik has released seven albums, and his song "Barely Breathing" spent a record 55 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100. He composed the music for the major Broadway hit Spring Awakening, which won eight Tony awards. He also won a Grammy award for producing the Spring Awakening cast album. His most recent musical theater piece, American Psycho, recently premiered in London.
