Award-winning Wunderkind star Tim Realbuto has been asked to perform at the official launch party for Talent in Motion magazine. Talent in Motion is a bi-annually published arts and entertainment magazine addressing an industry where the worlds of fashion, film, art, music, theatre and nightlife converge. A constantly evolving publication, Talent in Motion includes articles on emerging artists, with a focus on celebrity events, fashion editorials, advertorials and up-to-date information on health & fitness, food, wine and spirits, and hotel and travel destinations.

The most recent issue featured a full-page article about rising theatre star Realbuto, written by publicist Laurie Sheppard. Realbuto's issue also features stories on the late Joan Rivers and Robin Williams, as well as a review of the Michael Cera helmed Broadway revival of Steppenwolf Theatre Company's This Is Our Youth.

Realbuto, who is most known as the co-writer of the Broadway-bound musical Ghostlight, is also the creator and star of the critically acclaimed autobiographical piece Wunderkind, which has toured all throughout New York City (including sold-out shows at 54 Below, Stage 72, The Laurie Beechman, and Joe's Pub at The Public Theatre) as well as around the country, ending his sold-out run at The Venue in Orlando, Florida. Next up for him is a collaboration with Tony Award winning and Oscar nominated composer Maury Yeston (Nine; Titanic) with the February 15th Metropolitan Room concert 'Tim Realbuto: Bookseller in the Rain. An Evening Honoring the Music of Maury Yeston.' Realbuto also has a screenplay in the final stages of development (he is also in talks to star in that project) and another musical creation in the works based on a popular film, which he will write alongside his Ghostlight co- writer Matthew Martin.

For his performance set at the Talent in Motion launch party, Tim plans to sing a few Yeston tunes to promote Bookseller in the Rain, as well as sing some Sondheim and maybe even a little pop/rock. Julianne B. Merrill (Allegro), Realbuto's longtime musical director, will provide piano accompaniment for the evening.

The Talent in Motion launch party, which has been nicknamed 'The Groove Lounge', will take place at newly established midtown hotspot Room 53, 314 West 53rd Street (bet. 8th and 9th Aves.) in New York City on Wednesday, January 14th, 2015. Admission is free, with happy hour food and drink specials continuing throughout the evening. The party begins at 7 PM, with festivities set to come to a close at 11 PM. DJ Del Delon will provide the music. Realbuto is scheduled to perform at 8:00 PM in the Piano Bar.
