Southern-born Broadway veterans Tad Wilson and Jessica Phillips come together to explore their Tennessee roots in a concert of Today's Country Music on February 13 at 9:30 PM at The Triad Theatre on 158 West 72nd Street.
Directed by Billy Porter and musically directed by Mary Mitchell-Campbell, Phillips and Wilson depict a perfect musical marriage of North and South, giving storytelling and passion a new voice in Crossover Country with a night of original tunes and the songs of some of today's hottest country artists. A Nashville native, Jessica returned home in 1999 to star opposite Jonathan Pierce in Joseph... Dreamcoat (TN Rep) and stayed on for five years as a radio guest and demo singer in Nashville, Atlanta and Athens, GA.
