THE USO RADIO SHOW Returns To Don't Tell Mama February 9th & 10th Image

Patricia Fitzpatrick, a MAC Award nominee, is no stranger to NYC audiences. Her company, Ambassador Productions, is the producer of the annual Provincetown Cabaret Fest. Fitzpatrick is also a performer and will return to Don't Tell Mama on Saturday, February 9 at 7 PM and Sunday, February 10 at 3 PM.

The show is a nostalgic look back at the radio shows of the 1940s in the style of the day, using studio props, scripts, a sound effects person and the very popular old radio show singing commercials. The studio audience is gifted with snacks, American flags and encouraged to sing along. Master of Ceremonies Warren Schein uses his comedic timing to banter with Fitzpatrick as they host the musical comedy show. Featured guest artists are John DeMarco, Vivienne LaBarbara, Jo Brisbane, Roderick Ferguson and Scott Jordon. "Surprise" drop-in Guest artists are also schedled to appear and may include Carolyn Montgomery, Mike Garin and Mardie Millet.

The show's Musical Director is Boston's own Brian Patton. Fitzpatrick and Patton have worked together to create award-winning cabaret shows since 2005. Since 2000, Fitzpatrick has written and produced 14 original cabaret shows and performed them at Don't Tell Mama, The Metropolitan Room and The Iguana in NYC; Club Café and Top of the Pru (Boston); Chicago's Davenports; The Playboy Club in Detroit, Michigan;; The Little Onion in Denver; and recently at Germano's Restaurant & Cabaret Room in Baltimore. She has also performed at Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club in London, England and Sugar Ridge Resort in Antigua with musical director and performer Bobby Wetherbee,

Her original show, Cougars on the Prowl, with Helena Grenot and the late Dana Lorge was nominated for the New York City annual MAC Award in 2011. She has recently appeared at Provincetown Theater as a featured performer in A Provincetown Townie Holiday Extravaganza.

Tickets are $20.00; reservations are highly recommended. For more information and tickets click here
