Thomas Dieter is a man of many talents, but needlepoint is not one of them. Since moving to the city, Thomas has performed on a number of stages, including at Lincoln Center, Town Hall,
Daryl Roth, Pace, NYU and the Metropolitan Room. In addition to his love for the stage, Thomas believes passionately in educational opportunities and access to quality teaching for all, and when not performing and writing, he directs two developmental education programs at LaGuardia Community College and volunteers with a kayaking and education non-profit that gets NYC public school kids on the water and teaches them about the surrounding harbor and how we can take care of it. As a performer, Thomas has been seen recently as a member of the singing quartet Fourte, and Thomas was first-runner up in last year's MetroStar Talent Challenge at the Metropolitan Room.
