Samantha Gershman joins the cast of Women of the Wings: A Celebration of Female Musical Theatre Writers at Feinstein's/54 Below.

Samantha couldn't be happier to sing in another concert directed by Megan Minutillo! For the last 8 months, she recently was touring in the Broadway Korean production of Jekyll & Hyde (U/S Lucy). Some of her favorite credits include: A Chorus Line (DiAna Morales), The Drowsy Chaperone (Janet Van De Graaff), Smokey Joe's Cafe (Shimmy Girl), Aladdin (Jasmine), Evita (Mistress) and Beehive (Leslie Gore/Petula Clark/Aretha Franklin). Feinstein's/54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club presents Women of the Wings: A Celebration of Female Musical Theatre Writers on August 4th at 9:30pm.

Women of the Wings celebrates female musical theatre writers of today! It's an evening of new work and classic favorites. You'll hear songs that make you laugh, songs that make you cry, and songs that make you think differently about the world around you.

The evening will feature selections from Rebekah M. Allen, Sukari Jones, Lisa Kron, Kailey Marshall, Sandra Okuboyejo, Zoe Sarnak, Jeanine Tesori, Georgia Stitt, Alex Rubin & Lizzie Hagstedt, Rachel Griffin, Mackenzie Shivers, Masi Asare, Zina Goldrich & Marcy Heisler.

The cast features the dazzling vocal stylings of Shaunice Alexander, Charnette Batey, Kyle Carter, Samantha Gershman, Melissa Rose Hirsch, Hannah Kloepfer, Alicia Krakauer, Annie Tracy Marsh, Dimitri Joseph Moïse, Lexi Rabadi, Celeste Rose, Stephanie Turci, and Michelle Veintimilla.

Megan Minutillo directs and produces. Nat Zegree music directs.
