Jacob Langfelder in association with Burt Rock and Broadway the Hardway present DEARLY BELOVED... A 30th Anniversary Concert Tribute to His Purple Majesty, tonight, October 13th at 8pm at the new 42West (514 West 42nd Street).

The concert experience will star Tony Award Nominee, Drama Desk Winner and film star Robin De Jesus (In The Heights, La Cage Aux Folles, Camp) alongside Tony Award-winner Lena Hall (Hedwig and the Angry Inch), E. Clayton Cornelious of Broadway's Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, and introducing Kiyan Taghaboni and Ariel Bellvalaire. Tony Nominee Michael Moritz Jr. will music direct.

The one night only, 30th Anniversary concert tribute to the Artist known as, formerly known as, and everything in between will feature immersive video graphics on a 30 foot LED wall curated by JD Urban and Burt Rock. Aerial stunts are by MIXT Dance with Lighting Design by KJ Hardy, and Sound Engineering by Quinn McCarthy for The Creamery Studio.

Robin De Jesus is Tony Nominated and Drama Desk Award winner for In the Heights. He was also nominated for the Tony and Drama Desk awards for his performance in La Cage aux Folles, and was seen in Rent on Broadway. Off-Broadway and regional credits include:Domesticated (Lincoln Center), Patti Issues, Mother Jones and The Children's Crusade, Aladdin, Two Gentlemen of Verona, Grease andGodspell at Papermill Playhouse. Film: Camp, Hairbrained, Gun Hill Road, Elliot Loves, Bert and Arnie's Guide to Friendship, Fat Girls. Lena Hall is a 2014 Tony Winner for her performance as Yitzhak in the Tony Award Winning, Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Previous Broadway and Off-Broadway roles include starring as Nicola in the Tony Award-winning musical Kinky Boots (Original Cast), starring in the award winning Toxic Avenger at New World Stages, Tarzan (Original Cast), Dracula (Original Cast), 42nd Street (Anytime Annie), Cats (Demeter), Bedbugs (NYMF) and Green Eyes(Fringe). TV and Film roles include "Young Miranda" in the Sex and the City film, The Stepford Wives, The Graduates, "All My Children" and "Legally Blonde, the Search for the Next Elle Woods." When not on the Broadway stage, Lena performs with her band The Deafening.

E. Clayton Cornelious is currently appearing in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical on Broadway. Other Broadway credits include The Caterpillar in Wonderland, The Scottsboro Boys, A Chorus Line, The Music Man, Kat and the Kings, and The Lion King. National Tours includeJersey Boys, Sister Act, Dirty Dancing, Hairspray, The Goodbye Girl, and The Wiz.

Michael Moritz Jr. is an internationally renowned music director, Tony nominated Broadway producer and record producer for the theatrical industry for over a decade. Best known for his work on major Broadway productions including the Tony nominated Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (Broadway), On The Town (Broadway), Big Fish (Broadway), A Night With Janis Joplin (Broadway), The Velocity of Autumn(Braodway), and Evita (US National Tour). He has produced numerous albums to acclaimed success including Ahrens and Flaherty¹s Nice Fighting You, Norbert Leo Butz's Memory and Mayhem, Sierra Boggess¹s Awakenings, Bebe Neuwirth¹s Stories in NYC, and Aaron Tveit's Radio In My Head.

42West is midtown's new 14,000 square ft. blank canvas.
