Grammy nominated singer-songwriter Steven Page is currently making his Café Carlyle debut, now through April 2. The two-week run titled Steven Page - Heal Thyself: Past, Present and Future includes songs from Steven's new album, Heal Thyself Pt. 1: Instinct, out now. The set also includes songs spanning his entire 20-year career as a solo artist and as a co-founder of Barenaked Ladies. At Café Carlyle, he is accompanied by guitarist and co-writer Craig Northey and cellist Kevin Fox. BroadwayWorld has photos from the opening night (March 22) concert below!

For twenty years, Steven Page was the lead singer and songwriter of Barenaked Ladies, the Toronto-based band he co-founded in 1988. Known for his dynamic performances, his powerful tenor, quick wit, and an arsenal of songs that span the gamut between humor and pathos, Steven and the band toured the world, sold out venues ranging fromMadison Square Garden to the Royal Albert Hall while selling 15 million albums along the way. Since leaving the band to pursue a solo and theatrical career, Steven released his first proper solo album, Page One, released music and toured with The Art of Time Ensemble, hosted the food-and-travel TV show The Illegal Eater and is currently composing the score for Macbeth, his sixth production at the Stratford Festival. On March 11th of this year, he will release a new album of original material, Heal Thyself Pt. 1: Instinct.

Performances will take place Tuesday - Saturday at 8:45pm. Reservations made by phone at 212.744.1600 are $80 ($140 for premium seating, $70 for bar seating) Tuesday - Thursday; and $90 ($150 for premium seating, $80 for bar seating) on Friday and Saturday.
