Photo Flash: REEFER MADNESS Original Stars Christian Campbell, Amy Spanger, Robert Torti and More Reunite at 54 Below

The cult classic musical Reefer Madness, with book and lyrics by Kevin Murphy and book and music by Dan Studney, was presented in concert at 54 Below on April 19 and 20, featuring original cast members from the production and movie, Lori Alan, Christian Campbell, John Kassir, Harry S. Murphy, Amy Spanger, and Robert Torti. Scroll down for photos from the concert!

Also in the lineup were Kristen Martin (Spiderman: Turn off the Dark), Lauren Molina (The Skivvies, Rock of Ages), Andrew Aaron Berlin (A Christmas Story: the Musical), Saum Eskandani (Disaster!) Heather Parcells (Soul Doctor, A Chorus Line), and Ryann Redmond (If/Then, Bring it On).

Since its original Off-Broadway production in 2001, this award-winning musical has taken the world by storm and achieved a cult status in the vein of Rocky Horror and Hedwig and the Angry Inch, due in large to the successful award-winning Sundance film. Inspired by the 1936 film of the same name, this raucous musical comedy takes a tongue-in-cheek look at the hysteria caused when clean-cut kids fall prey to marijuana, leading them on a hysterical downward spiral filled with evil jazz music, sex and violence.
