Bret Shuford, currently appearing in Disney's newest musical, The Little Mermaid, made his solo cabaret debut this past Sunday, January 27, 2008, at The Laurie Beechman Theatre at Westbank Café in New York City.
Shuford's evening of contemporary and Broadway favorites, as well as compositions from multi-award-winning musical director Michael Holland featured songs from a wide cross-section of artists including Joni Mitchell, Billy Joel, Rufus Wainwright, Rascal Flatts and others. Shuford also sang a variety of Broadway favorites. The show was supervised by Malcolm Gets.
