Broadway, television, film and recording star Rachel York made her Feinstein's at Loews Regency debut on Sunday, October 14, and Monday, October 15, performing her new cabaret, "For the Love of It." Feinstein's in the Loews Regency Hotel is located at 540 Park Avenue at 61st Street.

"'Rachel York: For the Love of It' celebrates the multi-talented artist's love of singing and performing in a delightful evening of stories and song. She includes numbers made famous by early inspirations, favorite show tunes from her Broadway career, jazz and pop standards from her solo album, 'Let's Fall in Love,' and a few surprises that touch her heart in a special way. This is Rachel York up close and personal – versatile and fun, performing just for the love of it," explained press notes.

York is best known for her critically acclaimed Broadway performances in City of Angels, Les Miserables, Victor/Victoria (Drama Desk Award) with Dame Julie Andrews, The Scarlet Pimpernel, Sly Fox with Richard Dreyfuss, and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels co-starring Jonathan Pryce. Additionally, York received rave reviews for her portrayal of Guenevere in the recent national tour of Camelot opposite Michael York and has starred in Putting It Together (Drama Desk Nomination) also with Julie Andrews, the national and London tours of the Tony Award-winning Broadway revival of Kiss Me, Kate (Helen Hayes Nomination), Dessa Rose at the Lincoln Center Theater (Drama Desk Nomination), Anything Goes (Ovation Nomination), Ragtime, Evita, Summer of '42, Summer and Smoke, and Crucifer of Blood with Billy Crudup.

York's debut solo album, "Let's Fall in Love," has been an enormous success since its release in January 2005. She can also be heard on the soundtrack of Billy Bathgate and the original cast recordings of City of Angels, Putting It Together, Victor/Victoria, The Scarlet Pimpernel Encore, Dessa Rose, and Summer of '42.
