Photo Coverage: Loston Harris Quartet Plays Birdland

Loston Harris and his quartet took the stage at Birdland last night for an engagement running through July 12th. Loston's special guest was Monica Behan.
For the past 12 years, Harris has been headlining at Bemelmans in New York City's prestigious Carlyle Hotel. In addition to sharing the stage with American Songbook aficionado Michael Feinstein at Jazz at Lincoln Center, he has also performed in concert with Grammy award-winning artists singer/pianist Diana Krall and rock musician John Mayer. Harris' piano playing has been described as "percussive" and "incredibly fluid" and his vocals noted as "suave".
Loston Harris will appear at Birdland July 8th - 12th @ 8:30 & 11pm
