Paul Williams Plays the Cafe Carlyle, 4/23-5/4

The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel will present award-winning lyricist and composer Paul Williams for an exclusive two-week engagement, and his debut, at the legendary Café Carlyle. Mr. Williams will present his newest program, The Lovers, The Dreamers, And Me, beginning Tuesday, April 23rd and playing through Saturday, May 4th.

The Lovers, The Dreamers, And Me will feature Mr. Williams' beloved hits including, "We've Only Just Begun," "Rainy Days and Mondays," "You and Me Against the World," "An Old Fashioned Love Song," "Let Me Be the One," "Out in the Country, and "The Rainbow Connection."

Mr. Williams lives on as one of the most beloved and respected music creators of today. A lyricist and composer who has won an Oscar Award, two Grammy Awards, two Golden Globe Awards and has earned induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, his songs have touched millions of people for generations. He currently holds the position of President and Chairman of the Board of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), and is a leading spokesman for music creators in the digital age.

Mr. Williams will be joined by musical director and pianist, Chris Caswell, and John Lee Sanders on keyboard, sax, and guitar.

Café Carlyle is located in The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel (35 East 76th Street @ Madison Avenue). Paul Williams will play Tuesdays through Saturdays at 8:45pm from April 23rd to May 4th. There is a $65 music charge ($45 bar seating) Tuesday through Thursday and a $75 music charge ($50 bar seating) for shows on Friday and Saturday.
