Original Tony-Winning Cast Member Anthony Crivello Set for 54 SINGS KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN at 54 Below, 10/12

54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, has announced initial casting for "54 Sings Kiss of the Spider Woman."Anthony Crivello, who won a Tony Award for his performance as Valentin in the original 1993 Broadway production of Kiss of the Spider Woman, headlines the evening celebrating John Kander and Fred Ebb's celebrated score. The event also stars two-time Helen Hayes Award winner Natascia Diaz who is recreating her acclaimed performance from the Signature Theatre production (Man of La Mancha, Capeman), Cheryl Freeman (The Who's Tommy, The Civil War) and Nicholas Rodriguez (Tarzan, The Toxic Avenger), and features Graham Bailey, Stephen Orr, Paul Pontrelli and Michael Romeo Ruocco. The one-night-only event, featuring music direction by John Fisher anddirection by Scott Coulter, takes place Sunday, October 12 at 7PM and 9:30PM at 54 Below.

Inspired by the internationally best selling novel by Manuel Puig, Kiss of the Spider Woman won seven Tony Awards including trophies for Best Musical and Best Score.
