OUR TIME II Concert, to Benefit BC/EFA, Set for 3/12 at The Duplex

Musically Human Theatre Productions (MHTP) today announced that "Our Time II" -- a concert featuring songs by the next generation of theater composers--will be held this Monday, March 12, at 9:30 p.m. at The Duplex, located at 61 Christopher Street in Manhattan. A portion of the evening's proceeds will benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Tickets, priced $15 plus a two drink minimum, are available by calling 212-255-5438 or visiting here.
 
MHTP Artistic Director David Norwood will direct he March 12th concert, featuring songs by Adam Gwon ("The Boy Detective Fails"), Bobby Cronin (Broadway-aimed "Welcome to My Life), Charles Bloom ("Insomnia"), Ian Zahren and Jennifer Wine, Will Reynolds ("The Greenwood Tree"), and Zak Sandler and Greg Edwards ("Split Decision"). 
 
The concert will also feature a preview of Matt Conner and Stephen Gregory Smith's "NightoftheLivingDead The Musical", which MHTP will mount a full production of May 31-June 17, 2012. The concert cast includes Aaron Ramey ("Curtains"), Alison Lea Bender, Angelo Rios, Brad Bass ("Jersey Boys"), Carrie A. Johnson ("Sister Act"), Douglas Lyons ("Book of Mormon"), Gerard Canonico ("American Idiot"), Jennifer DiNoia ("Wicked"), Jenn Furman ("Wicked" national tour), John Wascavage, Justin Lonesome, Lauren Elder ("Hair"), Lindsay Lavin, Paul Sabala, Samuel Brooks, Tamala Baldwin, and Vincent Rodriguez III ("Xanadu").
