Jim Caruso is proud to announce the return of seven time MAC Award winning vocalist, Natalie Douglas, in her new show, "To Lena...A Tribute To The Lady And Her Music." Natalie will be joined by longtime musical director and arranger - Sondheim On Sondheim's Mark Hartman - and her band of Broadway All-Stars. The show will take place on Monday, May 17 at 7pm at Birdland (315 West 44 Street, NYC). This event is part of the Broadway at Birdland concert series.

Natalie Douglas will revisit the milestones and music of a living legend in a celebration of the life and work of the incomparable Lena Horne. The evening will feature music from Harold Arlen, Duke Ellington, Cole Porter and Billy Strayhorn with such songs as "As Long As I Live," "Come Rain or Come Shine," "From This Moment On," "Believe in Yourself" and of course, "Stormy Weather." In addition to Mark Hartman, Douglas will be joined by Michael Blanco on bass and Sean McDaniel on percussion.

Natalie Douglas has performed in clubs and concert halls around the world from the Kennedy Center to the London Cabaret Convention and Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall to Birdland and Symphony Space. Her theater work includes appearances with The Neighborhood Playhouse, Playwrights Horizons and New World Stages. She has also sung on MSNBC's "Morning Blend" and is a seven-time MAC Award Winner, a Nightlife Award Winner and a Back Stage Bistro Award Winner. In addition, Natalie's most recent CD, "To Nina...Live At Birdland" - a live recording of her one woman show, "To Nina: A Tribute to Nina Simone" - has been released to critical acclaim and selections from the CD continue to be featured on NPR and Sirius XM Radio.
