The Manhattan Association of Clubs & Cabarets (MAC) and The Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program (GMTWP) at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts present Songs for Cabaret Artists on March 3rd from 1-3 pm.

Songs for Cabaret Artists is an afternoon showcase featuring the works of five new composers presenting their stand-alone cabaret songs.

The event will be hosted by GMTWP alumni composer, Pete Mills (www.pcmills.com) and multi-award winning MAC performer, Barbara Fasano (www.humanchild.com) featuring the songs of Joshua Cohen, Timothy Huang, Bill Nelson, Brad Ross & Ellen Greenfield and AriAnna Rose (with composers Ben Bonnema, Ayesu Lartey and Or Matias).

Whether you are a performer or you just like to hear new music, this is an opportunity to hear fresh material and meet the composers afterwards.

The event is absolutely FREE, but seating is limited - so in order to attend, you must make a reservation at macgmtwp@gmail.com and you MUST present a photo I.D. to sign into the building at 721 Broadway.
