NEVER SLEEP ALONE Set for Joe's Pub Tonight

Tonight, February 14 at 9:30PM, Joe's Pub at The Public presents the Valentine's Day edition of Dr. Alex Schiller's wildly popular, interactive comedy show Never Sleep Alone (NSA), which will also serve as the book release party for her hotly anticipated sex and dating guide, Never Sleep Alone. Tickets are $30 for singles (free champagne, must be willing to interact) and $40 for voyeurs (no interaction) and are available online, by phone (212-967-7555) or in-person at the Public Theater Box Office (425 Lafayette St, NYC). All audience members will receive a free copy of the book, which she will sign at the after-party.

Since November 2011, Dr. Alex Schiller (aka Roslyn Hart, not a real doctor) has hosted Never Sleep Alone at Joe's Pub to wild critical acclaim. Building upon the success of her addictive live show, Dr. Alex has not only become an in-person consultant for singles and couples but her website is now a heavily trafficked hub for her profound sex and dating advice. The ultimate culmination of it all is the forthcoming show-eponymous book, due out on Gallery Books/Simon & Schuster on February 3.

At each show, unattached audience members interact with fellow singles, participating in onstage blind dates and demonstrations, often resulting in a hot and heavy make out. Each show is followed by an after-party where Dr. Alex enables her new mentees to put their NSA lessons to work on strangers. Thousands of NSA hook ups, long-term relationships, engagements and marriages have resulted from the show and after-party. NSA is the perfect night out for adventurous singles, couples looking for a unique date-night, and all lovers of original comedy and interactive theater.

Never Sleep Alone is written and performed by Roslyn Hart as Dr. Alex Schiller. The show is directed by Peter Cook with music direction by Adam Rhodes.
