About Joan Minor
Affectionately referred to as "une bête de scène", Joan is exceptional in intimate venues like the Metropolitan Room, where audiences live every lyric with her. Gliding easily between songs, in full command on stage, Joan ushers audiences through the deepest blues, before flashing her megawatt smile and moving them to tunes like "Love Wins" by Bill Cantos. She is the consummate entertainer. Her debut Album, "Integrity Matters," received notable praise:
"Beautiful voice...if you like light jazz with a good feel of tunes that we used to hear by the masters, you should hear this!" B.B. King
