Smash star Megan Hilty will celebrate the release of her debut album It Happens All The Time with an intimate evening at Joe's Pub where the Broadway star of Wicked and 9 To 5: The Musical will perform a brief preview of her new album followed by a meet-and-greet and signing with fans. Produced by Grammy-winners Andy Zulla and Jimmy Hogarth, It Happens All The Timeshowcases a different side of Megan Hilty. The repertoire is a significant step outside of both the musical theater world in which she initially found fame as well as her television character Ivy Lynn in Smash. Songs featured on It Happens All The Timeinclude Hilty's fresh interpretations of compositions by stellar contemporary songwriters as Aimee Mann and Damien Rice. Also noteworthy are new songs by writers such as Hogarth (Amy Winehouse, Duffy), Wayne Hector (James Morrison, One Direction), Glen Ballard (Alanis Morissette, Wilson Phillips), Ne-Yo and Carrie Underwood.

Bridget Everett

Bridget Everett is a singing tour de force known for her funny yet gut-wrenching, outrageous and unpredictable performance work. She's been dubbed "Wynona Judd meets Melissa Etheridge, via the local bar floozy, on a rocket ship out of Twin Peaks" by Michael Musto from the Village Voice. She has appeared frequently on Time Out New York's annual list of top cabaret performers, ranking number one in 2010 on a list which included Alan Cumming and Elaine Stritch. Bridget co-hosts Our Hit Parade, a sold-out monthly revue of current pop hits, with Kenny Mellman (Kiki and Herb) and Neal Medlyn at Joe's Pub. She starred in the original musical At Least It's Pink based on her life which she co-wrote with director Michael Patrick King (writer/director of hit tv series Sex and the City) and Mellman which played Ars Nova for 12 weeks. Bridget has performed at Montreal's Just for Laughs, New York Comedy Festival, HBO's Aspen United States Comedy Arts Festival . and the Adelaide International Cabaret Festival in Adelaide, Australia. She played Lynn Chenney in Taylor Mac's Red Tide Blooming at P.S.122, was featured in Scott Wittman's production JUKEBOX JACKIE, and was a regular on Logo's Jeffrey Cole Casserole. She can be seen as Cathy in the Sex and the City movie and as Shonda in the CBS hit comedy, 2 Broke Girls. Bridget co-wrote and performed an evening of original music called Bridget and Neal are F*cking and Adam is Watching with Medlyn and Adam Horovitz (Adrock: Beastie Boys). Bridget can be seen in HBO Canada's Funny as Hell alongside Horovitz and will be releasing an album of original music with her band, The Tender Moments, this fall.

Paul Oakley Stovall AND Brad Simmons

Two brilliant young performers unite for a special night of music when Brad Simmons and Paul Oakley Stovall take the stage at Joe's Pub. Stovall is an actor and playwright whose recent play Immediate Family just wrapped an acclaimed run at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago. He's working on the upcoming musical Clear and has also been seen in films including John Cameron Mitchell's Shortbus and Robert Altman's The Company. Simmons was musical director on Broadway's Lysistrata Jones, is currently co-starring with Tony award winner Tonya Pinkins in a new cabaret show Bring On the Men, and was the pianist in the cult film Camp. The duo will play musical favorites as well as original songs--all about love, recovery, and resolve--for this one-time performance.

Blake Pfeil IS IN LOVE WITH A GIRL NAMED... IRENE

Storm Large

Storm Large has been singing and slinging inappropriate banter at audiences around the globe for more than fifteen years and shows no sign of slowing down or shutting up. She earned an associate's degree from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, where her big dramatic voice impressed her teachers and made musical theater the obvious choice for her. However, Storm resonated more with Alphabet City than Broadway, spending all her free time in gritty rock clubs with the lowlifes, sluts, and geniuses she adored. She pursued rock 'n' roll instead.

Following her sold-out cabaret debut at Joe's Pub, Erin Markey brings what the New York Times calls her "magnetic diva aggression" back to the Joe's stage. Known for her dark, absurdist humor and "hair-raising singing voice," Erin creates an at once riotous and unexpectedly moving performance about figuring out who you might be. R&B, 90's pop, blues and original music score Erin's tales of midwestern family life and her salvation by Bible-Belt Christians, birthday presents and Ypsilanti strippers. Erin Markey at Joe's Pub is directed by Ben Rimalower (Leslie Kritzer is Patti LuPone at Les Mouches) with musical direction by Tony-nominated Kenny Mellman (The Julie Ruin, Kiki and Herb, Our Hit Parade). Erin Markey creates comedic and conceptual performances, often involving music, for stage and video. She's also an actress. Major works include Puppy Love: A Stripper's Tail (P.S. 122), The Dardy Family Home Movies by Stephen Sondheim by Erin Markey (San Francisco Film Society), and, in collaboration with Joseph Keckler, Looking for Limbo (Lincoln Center Director's Lab).

ARIAS AND AUSTIN: FROM THE GROUND UP

After a string of sold out shows this winter, the inimitable Joey Arias (Arias With A Twist, Zumanity) returns to Joe's Pub with his longtime friend and mentor Gary Austin. Austin is the founder of the celebrated LA improv theater The Groundlings where Joey holds the record as the company's youngest-ever member. Gary is also a singer-songwriter in the Western tradition of Gene Autry. Will Arias roll out some Pasty Cline? Anything is possible during this evening of laughter, song and shared memories between two creative giants and peerless improvisers.

TAYLOR MAC: MUSIC OF THE 1780s

A bedazzled creature builds a community by singing 24 concerts of the last 24 decades of popular music. Ultimately all 24 decades will be stitched together culminating in a 24-hour long extravaganza (in 2015) but for now join Taylor Mac and band as they use popular music from the 1780s to explore the decades biggest theme and the first novel published in the United States: "The Power of Sympathy."

Champagne Jerry also known as Neal Medlyn is, by far, the greatest rapper in the world. He likes snacks, books, sexual intercourse, and rhyming. Champagne Jerry was born when Neal Medlyn's friend Max Tannone who had success with a Jay-Z /Radiohead "Jaydiohead" mashup album some years back, wrote and asked if he would want to write raps. It quickly became an all-consuming new project with Neal writing original underground-y contemporary hip hop songs in a style all his own, using the name Champagne Jerry, a nickname Bridget Everett gave him one fateful night when he walked around drinking an entire bottle of champagne. Featuring original songs, created with producer and remix master Max Tannone, among others, this long rumored debut will be the most significant occurrence in all of our lives. Pam Ann's first stateside tour in four years comes directly after sellout Australian and European tours that took her to France, Scandinavia, Germany, Poland, and the United Kingdom. This spring, Pam Ann: Cockpit lands in Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Seattle, and Miami, with final performances at Joe's Pub in New York City, June 12th - 16th. In Pam Ann: Cockpit, the comedienne will premiere her spoof appearance on the ABC-TV series, PAN AM. She will also present never-before-seen-in-the-USA footage from her latest airline news channel. In Australia, Pam Ann starred in her own television talk show, "The Pam Ann Show" on the nationAl Foxtel channel. She also hosted Australia's live broadcast of Mardi Gras that aired in over two million households. Even Madonna is a fan, describing Pam as "cruelly funny".

Heterosexuals who actually read this far may need a primer on who Tori is: as a singer, she's graced the stages of The Duplex, the Laurie Beechman, the Metropolitan Room, and every gay bar on the Eastern Seaboard; as an actress, she's counted to 20 as a singing garbage woman on Sesame Street and dubbed the vocals of a singing hooker on HBO's "Cathouse: The Musical"; as a woman, she strives every day in every way to be a consummate lady and sometimes wonders if she actually still has a liver or not. John Kelly: REBEL SONGS

Visual artist, dancer, actor and downtown cabaret artist John Kelly will be performing Rebel Songs of a Range Queen, including songs by Kurt Weill, Charles Aznavour, The Incredible String Band, Mister Bungle, Jacques Brel, Holcombe Waller and The Shins. In a reprise of his breakthrough concerts last fall at Joe's Pub (interrupted by Hurricane Sandy), Kelly will reprise his concert with a program including new covers of songs by The Good, The Bad, & The Queen, Joanna Newsome, and The Clash. Singing in his 3-octave range, Rebel Songs of a Range Queen will display his versatility as a genre-traipsing and weathered punk altar boy, as the raging, orphaned sage. Benjamin Ickies is the Music Director, and will accompany Kelly on accordion and piano. Each of the 4 concerts will include a guest, including performances by Carol Lipnik and Dudley Saunders. A portion of the proceeds of these concerts will go to the ongoing Hurricane Sandy Relief. Kelly's flexibility as a performing artist is stunning. Golden Globe-winning actor and director James Franco said, "[Kelly] crosses into so many worlds with quiet authority and excellence." Kelly has also collaborated with John Cage and Laurie Anderson among other notable musicians, actors and artists. Awards including two Bessie Awards, two Obie Awards, a 2013 USA Artists Award, an Alpert Award, an Ethyl Eichelberger Award, and an Eliot Norton Best Actor Award.

VAGABOND OPERA

The six piece, Portland, OR based music ensemble Vagabond Opera is described by the Washington Post as "a band of ceaseless charisma, boundless energy, impeccable musicianship and more than a little touch of both the naughty and exotic." Featuring four singers (two operatically trained) two cellos, saxophone, clarinet, accordion, double bass and drums, the Bohemian neo-cabaret gypsy rock ensemble plays a combination of cabaret, burlesque, tango, Balkan beats, Klezmer, rock, Arab music, Parisian hot jazz, and, yes, opera that'll leave your head spinning. The ensemble sings in 15 languages and mixes their genre-defying original tunes with covers made famous by such artists as Jacques Brel, Tom Waits, Raymond Scott, and Edith Piaf - all performed with theatrics, flair and an old world mood.
